What are your work hours?
Our typlical "office" hours are 9:00am EST - 5:00pm EST Monday-Friday. However our clients can reach us by cell phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services.
Do you have a contract for me to sign?
I do have a contract that I will require you to sign before I begin work for you. This contract will outline specific fees, work hours and overtime hours, deadline agreements, as well as what will be expected from you the client, so the project can be completed without delays.
What are your payment terms and rates?
I bill you monthly for the time that was worked the previous month, unless otherwise agreed to within your contract. All bills are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified in your contract. I do offer a discounted rate to clients that work with me on a retainer-basis (10 hours minimum per month.) For a list of my current rates, please contact me.
Do you ever volunteer your services for different causes?
Yes I do! If you are with an organization that is in need of a little help, either with web design or any of my VA Services, please feel free to contact me. I feel it is important to volunteer to help others, and everyone should be doing it. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of us out there. I am also a mother of 4 children and they as well play a very important role in volunteering through out the year.
What if the service I need is not listed?
We work with several other professionals. If the service you are in need of is not listed, please contact us with more information on what you are looking for. It is possible that we do offer that service or we know someone who does.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Check, Money Order, and all major credit cards through paypal.
